-------------------- How to Adopt --------------------
1. Schedule a Visit
Schedule a visit to spend time in our cat lounge. During your visit, you’ll be able to relax, play, and interact with the cats to get a feel for their personalities and see who you connect with.

3. How to Apply
If you meet a cat you’d like to adopt, you’ll complete an adoption application with Enfield Community Cat Project, our rescue partner. Applications are submitted online through the rescue’s website. If you’d like help completing the form during your visit, just let a lounge attendant know - we’re always happy to assist.

Helpful note: After submitting your application, it’s helpful to give your vet a quick call to let them know the rescue may be reaching out. Some veterinary offices require your permission before sharing information,
and a heads-up can help speed things along.
4. Application Review
Once your application is submitted, the rescue will review it and contact any necessary references, such as landlords (if you rent) or your current veterinarian. Processing time varies, but it typically takes a few days to a week depending on how quickly references respond. The rescue will reach out to you directly once a decision is made.
Friendly reminder: If it’s been more than a week and you’re hoping for an update, please reach out to the rescue directly. Since we act as a foster space, we don’t have access to application statuses - but the rescue will be happy to help.
5. Adoption Fee
Adoption fees range from $150 to $325, depending on the age of the cat. These fees go directly to our rescue partner, helping them continue their lifesaving work and care for more cats in need. For exact fees, please visit the rescue’s adoption page:
